Dear Researcher, 
We are pleased to announce that the 14th International Vocational Schools Symposium (UMYOS 2026) will be held on October 6–8, 2026, in Karaman, the capital of the Turkish language, the homeland of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and the land of Yunus Emre, the poet of love and tolerance, hosted by Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University. Since its inception in 2001, UMYOS has been a well-established and prestigious international academic platform that brings together academics, researchers, practitioners, and students working in the field of vocational and technical higher education. This year's symposium, organized under the main theme "The Future of Applied Education: Innovative Approaches in Vocational Schools," aims to discuss current challenges faced by vocational schools, share best practices, and strengthen national and international academic collaboration. 

Paper Submission Process
The paper submission schedule for UMYOS 2026 is as follows:
  • Abstract Submission Deadline                             : September 11, 2026
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance                    : September 18, 2026
  • Final Acceptance and Program Announcement  : September 25, 2026
  • Full Paper Submission Deadline                          : October 31, 2026 (after the symposium)
Registration Fee Payment Deadlines
  • Early Registration                                                 : July 31, 2026
  • Late Registration                                                  : September 18, 2026
***All papers submitted to the symposium are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process in order to maintain scientific quality.
