Registration Fees and Participation Conditions

Details regarding Oral/Poster Presentation registration are provided below:

The registration fee for Oral/Poster Presentation participation is 100 $ (Early Bird Registration: 80 $).
A maximum of two (2) presentations may be submitted under a single registration fee.
Each participant may present a maximum of two (2) papers.
One registration fee covers the participation of one author only.
If other co-authors listed on the paper wish to attend the symposium, they must register as attendees and pay the applicable attendee registration fee.
The registration fee for participation as an attendee (without presenting a paper) is 50 $. This fee includes: Access to all symposium sessions, Lunches, Gala dinner, Social and cultural tour
Participation in the symposium sessions only is free of charge.
Registration fees must be paid in accordance with the symposium schedule and deadlines.
Participants are required to complete the Symposium Registration Form in full and upload the payment receipt through the registration system.
